3. Handles And Identity

Official.my handles are provided for professional digital identity. We may reserve, suspend, rename, or reclaim handles that are misleading, abusive, inactive, trademark-infringing, impersonating another person, or harmful to platform trust.

4. Profile Content

You are responsible for links, text, images, videos, locations, events, and contact forms published through your profile.
You must not upload illegal, explicit, hateful, violent, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
Media may be scanned, moderated, rejected, hidden, or removed to protect users and visitors.

5. Link Safety

You must not use Official.my to distribute phishing pages, malware, scams, suspicious redirects, spam campaigns, or deceptive offers. We may block unsafe domains, shorteners, scripts, unusual URL schemes, or links reported as harmful.

6. Contact Forms And Messages

Contact forms are provided to help visitors reach profile owners without exposing private email addresses. Submissions may be rate-limited, scanned for spam, stored with status records, and blocked when they contain unsafe links, abusive content, or automated traffic indicators.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, email account, and devices secure. We may require verification, App Check, bot protection, email verification, or session re-authentication before allowing sensitive dashboard actions.

8. Plans And Limits

Features may depend on your plan, usage limits, verification status, or manual admin approval. Limits may apply to links, images, events, contact form usage, media storage, profile templates, and future subscription features.

9. Service Availability

We work to keep Official.my fast, secure, and available, but the service is provided on an operational best-effort basis. Maintenance, third-party outages, CDN issues, moderation checks, or security events may affect availability.

10. Enforcement

We may limit, hide, suspend, delete, or investigate accounts and content that violate these terms or create risk for visitors, platform security, payment integrity, brand trust, or legal compliance.

11. Updates
